About the Role:

We are looking for an experienced and detail-oriented Fusion HCM Technical Consultant to join our Oracle practice team. The ideal candidate will possess a deep understanding of Oracle Fusion HCM modules along with solid expertise in technical development, integrations, and customizations. You will play a crucial role in delivering scalable and high-performing solutions, particularly in cloud-based Human Capital Management (HCM) implementations.

This is a hands-on role for professionals with a passion for solving complex HR technology challenges through Oracle Fusion HCM and related tools such as Oracle Integration Cloud (OIC), Visual Builder Cloud Service (VBCS), and SaaS applications.

Key Responsibilities:

- Develop and maintain technical solutions in Oracle Fusion HCM modules (Core HR, Payroll, Benefits, Talent, etc.) using appropriate tools and methodologies.
- Create and manage integrations using Oracle Integration Cloud (OIC) and develop web services and REST APIs to connect with third-party applications.
- Build and customize applications using VBCS (Visual Builder Cloud Service) for enhancing HCM user interfaces.
- Design, develop, and deploy reports using OTBI, BI Publisher, and HCM Extracts.
- Conduct technical analysis of business requirements and translate them into scalable technical solutions.
- Customize and configure Oracle SaaS applications as per client requirements while ensuring compliance with best practices and standards.




- Collaborate with Functional Consultants, Business Analysts, and stakeholders to understand business needs and deliver tailored solutions.
- Troubleshoot and resolve complex technical issues related to integrations, data flows, reports, and user access.
- Participate in data migration and data conversion activities, including loading data via HDL/QUICK formulas.
- Ensure solutions are delivered with quality and meet security, scalability, and performance benchmarks.
- Provide post-implementation technical support and continuous improvements based on feedback.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.
- 6+ years of experience in Oracle HCM Cloud Technical roles.
- Strong experience with Oracle Integration Cloud (OIC), including designing and developing integrations (REST, SOAP, FTP, etc.).
- Hands-on experience with VBCS, including building custom apps and user interfaces.
- Deep understanding of Oracle Fusion HCM data model and standard business processes.
- Experience with HCM Extracts, BI Publisher, and OTBI reporting.
- Expertise in working with SaaS environments, especially in Human Capital Management solutions.
- Proficient in scripting and development using PL/SQL, XML, and XSLT.
- Familiarity with HDL (HCM Data Loader) and Quick Formulas is highly desirable.
- Knowledge of security roles and access management within Oracle Fusion HCM.

Nice to Have:

- Oracle Cloud HCM Technical certification.
- Experience working with Agile methodologies and DevOps practices.
- Exposure to functional processes in HCM modules.
