Company: Leading Melting & Foundry Shop Unit Specializing in High-Quality Steel Castings & Engineering
Required: B.E. / B.Tech / Diploma in Metallurgy or Mechanical Engineering or related field with 5-10 Years
Job Responsibilities:
- Oversee daily foundry operations, ensuring efficiency, quality, and safety
- Supervise molding techniques, including hand molding and machine molding processes
- Manage the manufacturing of steel castings across various grades (CI/SG/Steel), ensuring precision and quality
- Implement and maintain quality control measures to meet industry standards
- Optimize production workflows for improved productivity and cost efficiency
- Lead and mentor the foundry team, ensuring skill development and adherence to best practices
- Collaborate with other departments to streamline operations and address technical challenges
- Ensure compliance with safety regulations and environmental policies
Qualifications & Skills:
- Proven experience in foundry operations, with a solid understanding of steel casting across multiple grades
- Expertise in molding techniques, including hand molding, pattern making, and machine molding
- Excellent leadership and team management abilities
- Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work under pressure
- Knowledge of industry standards, safety protocols, and modern foundry technologies
