Requirements

- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related discipline.
- 3–6 years of experience in mobile application development, including 2–3+ years of hands-on experience with Flutter.
- Strong proficiency in Dart, Flutter widgets, state management solutions (Provider, Bloc, Cubit, GetX), and asynchronous programming.
- Exposure to native Android and/or iOS development is a strong advantage.
- Solid understanding of mobile architecture patterns such as MVVM, MVC, or Clean Architecture.
- Experience with CI/CD pipelines, mobile build processes, and deployment workflows.
- Hands-on experience with Firebase, push notifications, analytics, and app store submissions.
- Robust debugging, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work effectively both independently and within cross-functional teams.

Key Responsibilities

- Design, develop,



and maintain high-quality cross-platform mobile applications using Flutter (Dart).
- Own the complete mobile development lifecycle, from requirement analysis and design to deployment and maintenance.
- Collaborate closely with product managers, designers, and backend engineers to deliver seamless and engaging user experiences.
- Optimize applications for performance, stability, scalability, and responsiveness.
- Write clean, maintainable, and scalable code following best engineering practices.
- Conduct code reviews, share feedback, and mentor junior developers.
- Integrate RESTful APIs, third-party SDKs, and external services.
- Diagnose and resolve complex technical issues, bugs, and performance bottlenecks.
- Stay up to date with the latest Flutter updates, libraries, and mobile development trends.
