About the Role
As a Flight Operations Specialist, you’ll be on the frontlines of all field operations. From assisting in flight tests and demos to ensuring smooth integration of systems in the field, you’ll play a hands -on role in proving our UAVs in real -world conditions. This position is ideal for someone who thrives on the field, and is excited to grow into operations leadership over time.
Key Responsibilities
- Pilot: Assist in the setup, execution, and monitoring of internal flight tests, trials, and field demos.
- User Demos: Support the Operations Manager in planning and conducting demonstrations, tailoring execution to specific client needs.
- System Integration: Work hands -on with UAV subsystems—assembly, wiring, troubleshooting, and tuning—for mission readiness.
- Testing & Feedback: Collect and document flight test data, support root -cause analysis, and channel insights to engineering teams.
- Operational Documentation: Help create and refine SOPs, manuals, and maintenance checklists.
- Tracking & Reporting: Maintain detailed records of operations, flight logs, and system performance.
- Cross -Team Collaboration: Work closely with avionics, mechanical,
and software teams to ensure seamless system integration.
