KRAs:
- Strong supervision of the overall
finishing job like brick work, plumbing, putty, tiles, granite, aluminum
window, door frame & shutter, paint, false ceiling, waterproofing, high end
floor finishes, joinery works, wall finishes, facades, structural glazing, wall
cladding, interior works.
- Review for discrepancies with the
drawings and rake corrective measures.
- Review if contractor bills are made
correctly as per the drawings.
- Ensure that the snagging and
de -snagging points are closed within time.
- Recommending changes to
construction procedures to increase efficiency.
- Effectively understand the project
schedule to ensure deadlines are met on time. Solid role in Planning &
Estimation.
- Handover of flats to final
customer.
