- • Oversee the daily operations of the Finance department. • Analyze financial outlooks and prepare financial forecasts. • Prepare financial analysis for contract negotiations and product investment decisions. • Ensure compliance with local, state, and federal budgetary reporting requirements. • Establish and implement short- and long-range departmental goals, objectives, policies and operating procedures. • Maintain an organizational structure and staffing to effectively accomplish the department's goals and objectives.
- Operating as Business Partner with Hotel Leadership team to achieve Financial Performance of the Hotel and F&B; venues.
- Directly accountable for all financial information sent to the General Manager,
Accor and Owners in regard to presentation, accuracy and detail.
- Oversee the development and continuous improvement of all financial systems within the hotel, while providing strategic leadership and direction to the Finance department.
Qualifications
Minimum 9-10 years of experience in Finance or 2 years of experience in a similar capacity.
