JobType: full-time

Key Responsibilities

- Manage day-to-day accounting, bookkeeping, and financial reporting in accordance with US GAAP, Ind AS, or IFRS
- Ensure timely and accurate regulatory reporting to relevant regulators, including NFA or equivalent frameworks
- Develop a strong understanding of operational and settlement processes; support Trade Operations and Settlement teams through daily, weekly, and monthly reconciliations and attestations
- Assist in designing and implementing finance processes, policies, procedures, and internal control frameworks
- Work hands-on with ERP systems such as NetSuite, Oracle, SAP, or similar platforms
- Apply sound knowledge of financial products and applicable accounting standards
- Prepare financial statements and related disclosures for regulated broker-dealer or financial services entities

Role Impact & Success Measures

- Contribute to building and scaling in-house accounting and financial reporting capabilities
- Help streamline, standardize, and consolidate finance and accounting processes
- Ensure availability of real-time, accurate financial information for internal and external stakeholders
- Manage multiple legal entities with respect to period-end closures, audits, and statutory requirements
- Collaborate closely with Trading, Trade Operations, and external consultants to deliver robust financial outcomes
- Support business growth by flexibly contributing across Accounting, Treasury, Settlements,



and Reporting
- Develop subject-matter expertise over time across accounting, reporting, and regulatory frameworks
- Effectively multitask, prioritize, and perform under pressure in a fast-paced environment

Required Qualifications

Education & Experience

- Graduate degree in Accounting or Finance with a professional qualification such as Chartered Accountant (CA) or CPA
- 3–8 years of relevant experience within banking, broker-dealer, or regulated financial services environments
- Prior experience in regulatory reporting is a strong advantage
- Exposure to capital and liquidity reporting within banking or financial institutions is a plus

Technical & Functional Skills

- Strong working knowledge of IFRS and US GAAP, with hands-on application experience
- Practical experience using ERP platforms such as NetSuite, Oracle, SAP, or equivalent
- Understanding of end-to-end trade lifecycle, including settlements and market operations
- Advanced proficiency in MS Excel for financial analysis and reporting
