- Prepare and finalize standalone and consolidated financial statements in accordance with IND AS and other relevant accounting standards.
- Manage monthly, quarterly, and annual financial closing and reporting activities.
- Ensure accuracy, compliance, and timely submission of financial reports by collaborating with internal teams and external auditors.
- Lead the consolidation process across multiple group entities or subsidiaries.
- Ensure adherence to all statutory and regulatory requirements including Companies Act, Income Tax, GST, and others.
- Coordinate with statutory auditors, internal auditors, and tax consultants during audits and reporting cycles.
- Review and verify accounting entries, general ledger, and trial balances for completeness and correctness.
- Work closely with cross-functional departments such as Legal,
Taxation, and Business to gather and report financial information.
- Stay current with changes in IND AS, RBI regulations (if applicable), and other financial reporting standards.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
- Chartered Accountant (CA) qualification is mandatory.
- Minimum of 2+ years post-qualification experience in Finance & Accounts, with a focus on Financial Reporting and IND AS.
- Prior experience in consolidating financials of group entities and preparing financial statements.
- Solid understanding of IND AS, the Companies Act, and other regulatory frameworks.
- Proficiency in MS Excel and familiarity with Tally, SAP, Oracle, or other ERP systems is preferred.
- Robust analytical mindset and effective communication skills.
- Excellent attention to detail and a proven ability to work within tight deadlines.
