We are looking for an experienced Sr. Recruiter to manage field -based bulk hiring for blue -collar roles such as Pickers, Packers, and Loaders. The role involves extensive fieldwork, coordination with vendors, and meeting hiring targets within timelines.
Key Responsibilities
- End -to -end bulk hiring for blue -collar manpower (Picker / Packer / Loader roles)
- Conduct field recruitment activities: site visits, sourcing from local areas, job fairs, references, vendors, etc.
- Coordinate with operations and clients to fulfill daily/weekly manpower requirements
- Screen candidates, explain job roles, salary, shifts, and compliance details
- Maintain hiring MIS, trackers, and daily recruitment reports
- Ensure timely onboarding and joining of selected candidates
