Roles & Responsibilities
- Manage the overall field operations of multiple blocks assigned.
- Key responsibility is to assist the Sr. Field Manager in achieving the plantation and survival targets of the block.
- Arrange meetings with local bodies like Gram Panchayat, farmers, etc.
- Update and maintain the inventory system, warehouse, saplings inward and outward, and compost distribution. Maintain nursery and warehouse as per company standards.
- Finalize the identification of farmers/Gram Panchayat, community lands, and ensure proper documentation.
- Assign and report the field work of the team to the Senior Manager at regular intervals.
- Monitor the work of team members and support them in the field.
- Conduct daily planning of field operations and route planning for effective work.
- Monitor drip installation work and plantation work.
- Maintain bills, payment vouchers, etc.,
of the team members and ensure transparency.
- Arrange daily -wage laborers for operations with the help of the team.
- Support the team in ground -level challenges.
- Assist the Sr. Manager in preparing the monthly/weekly plans.
Requirements
- Minimum 5 to 8 years of experience in large -scale project management or operations.
- Preferably from the environmental, rural development, or sustainability sector.
- Experience in managing cross -functional teams.
- Experience in client relations.
- Experience in budgeting.
- Experience in on -ground execution.
