Job Summary
We are looking for a Facility Executive to handle end -to -end operations of a residential apartment, ensuring smooth functioning of maintenance, housekeeping, and security services.
Requirements
Key Responsibilities
- Manage end -to -end facility operations of the apartment
- Supervise housekeeping, security, and technical teams
- Handle resident complaints & ensure timely resolution
- Monitor electrical, plumbing, lift, STP, and DG systems
- Coordinate with vendors & manage AMC contracts
- Ensure statutory compliance, safety & audit standards
- Prepare MIS reports, budgets, and daily logs
- Conduct regular site inspections and performance reviews
