Key Responsibilities:



- Oversee the overall operations and maintenance of residential buildings.


- Ensure smooth functioning of STP (Sewage Treatment Plant) and WTP (Water Treatment Plant) systems.


- Manage and maintain DG (Diesel Generator) sets for uninterrupted power supply.


- Supervise MEP (Mechanical, Electrical, and Plumbing) maintenance activities.


- Plan and coordinate preventive and corrective maintenance schedules.


- Monitor utility consumption and ensure energy -efficient operations.


- Manage vendor contracts and supervise housekeeping, security, and facility staff.


- Ensure compliance with safety and statutory regulations.


- Prepare and submit daily reports on activities and operations.


- Prepare monthly reports and presentations (PPT) for management review.


- Maintain robust technical oversight across all systems,



ensuring high standards of operational efficiency.



Required Technical Knowledge:


- Operation and maintenance of STP and WTP systems.


- DG set operation, maintenance, and load management.


- MEP systems knowledge, including HVAC, plumbing, electrical, and fire safety.


- Strong understanding of residential building operations and facility management best practices.



Qualifications & Experience:


- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering Electrical


- Minimum 2–3 years experience in residential facility management.


- Strong leadership, problem solving, and vendor management skills.


- Excellent technical knowledge and reporting skills.
