- Shoot videos when required

- Interview newsmakers and subjects relevant to young audiences

- Adapt and translate stories with strong editorial judgment

- Ensure accuracy through rigorous fact-checking and verification

- Stay on top of social media trends and storytelling formats

Requirement:

- 1–3 years of experience in journalism or digital media

- Degree in Journalism / Mass Communication (preferred)

- Robust command of written and spoken English

- Comfortable being on camera

- Solid understanding of Indian politics, culture, and current affairs

- Proven ability to deliver video scripts on deadline

- Sharp editorial instincts and attention to detail

- Understanding of ethical digital journalism practices

- Proficiency in Adobe Premiere Pro, Photoshop, and After Effects
