- Responsibilities

Create and maintain polished, brand-aligned PowerPoint and Word templates for the Solution Engineering team

- Beautify and standardize existing PowerPoint presentations and documents to ensure consistency and visual appeal

- Collaborate with SMEs and Solution Engineers to write demo scripts that align with business scenarios and use cases

- Use generative AI tools and platforms (e.g., text-to-video, voice synthesis, screen recording, motion graphics) to produce high-quality demo videos

- Build and maintain a library of sales-ready collateral including demo videos, how-to guides, client one-pagers, and PoV summary decks

- Support storytelling for key customer opportunities by shaping content and visual narratives that emphasize value delivery

- Own and evolve the visual/communication layer of sales assets, ensuring they are compelling, concise, and reusable

- Assist in light editing and content refinement of technical documents, proposals, and internal decks.

Requirements

- 3–5 years of experience in a similar role (pre-sales design, sales enablement, product marketing, content design, or collateral production)

- Strong proficiency in Microsoft PowerPoint and Word, with a valuable eye for layout, spacing, branding, and visual hierarchy

- Experience using tools like Canva, Adobe Creative Suite, Figma, or other design tools is a plus





- Familiarity with AI-based tools for video generation, voiceover, animation, and script-to-video conversion (e.g., Synthesia, Pictory, Runway, etc.)

- Excellent written communication skills—able to translate technical input into clear, value-oriented narratives

- Ability to collaborate cross-functionally and manage multiple stakeholder inputs with fast turnaround

- Basic understanding of technical concepts (data platforms, analytics, cloud, APIs) is a strong advantage
