About the role:

The Executive – Operations is a pivotal role ensuring seamless coordination between schools, field teams, and government departments. You will be responsible for supporting high-quality program implementation, managing ground teams, and driving meaningful stakeholder engagement.

Key Responsibilities:

- Stakeholder Coordination: Liaise with government and school officials to plan and deliver programmatic interventions.

- Team Management: Lead and manage the ground implementation team to ensure operational goals are met.

- Project Tracking: Utilize existing tools to track progress and ensure all reporting is completed accurately and on time.

- Capacity Building: Provide active support for field reviews and capacity-building workshops.

- Data-Driven Improvement:



Analyze field data and feedback to strengthen overall program design and delivery.

- Culture Contribution: Actively contribute to a team-oriented, learning-centered work environment.
