We are seeking a dedicated and skilled Executive – Video Editor to support the Ministry of Skill Development & Entrepreneurship (MSDE) in its media and communication initiatives. The role involves hands-on video editing, multimedia production, and supporting the Ministry’s campaigns, events, and digital communication efforts.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Video Editing & Production

- Edit and produce videos for Government campaigns, official events, and communication requirements.

- Create short films, interviews, testimonials, and awareness videos aligned with MSDE’s objectives.

- Add subtitles, graphics, voiceovers, and background scores to ensure accessibility and wider reach.

2. Event & Webinar Support

- Provide technical and editing support for official webinars, workshops, and conferences.

- Manage pre-event preparations, assist during live sessions, and produce post-event video highlights.

3. Multimedia Content Development

- Support the development of digital content (video, audio, and short clips) for use on MSDE’s official website, social media handles, and communication channels.





- Repurpose and optimize video content for different digital platforms.

4. Coordination & Documentation

- Work closely with internal departments, officials, and external vendors for timely delivery of assignments.

- Ensure proper documentation and archiving of video content.

5. Branding & Standards Compliance

- Ensure all content adheres to Government communication protocols and MSDE branding guidelines.

- Maintain accuracy, professionalism, and neutrality in all multimedia outputs.

Qualification:

- Bachelor’s degree/diploma in Media, Film Studies, Communication, or related discipline.

- 1–3 years of experience in video editing and multimedia content creation.

- Proficiency in Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro, After Effects, or equivalent editing software.

- Knowledge of basic sound editing, color correction, and motion graphics.

- Robust sense of visual storytelling and attention to detail.
