A. Mobilization & Batch Formation
- Identify, mobilize, and motivate eligible participants (blue -collar workers, white -collar workers, senior citizens, and workforce entrants) to attend sessions.
- Conduct door -to -door / community -based outreach and coordinate with local stakeholders to build participation.
- Form training batches as per session plan and ensure target numbers are met for each session/batch.
- Ensure participants understand the purpose of the program and remain engaged until completion.
B. Stakeholder & Community Coordination
- Build strong relationships with community leaders, employers, RWAs, local NGOs/CSOs, institutions, unions, worker groups, etc. for mobilization support.
- Act as a liaison between the community and the training team, ensuring smooth communication and issue resolution.
- Coordinate with the Location Leader, Senior Trainer, and Assistant Trainer for session schedules, venues, and participant readiness.
C. Session Scheduling & Logistics Support
- Ensure beneficiaries are informed of session dates/timings and are reminded through follow -ups, calls, and field visits.
- Support venue arrangements and session logistics coordination (seating, basic setup, crowd flow, etc.).
- Manage on -ground coordination during sessions to support trainers and maintain discipline/flow.
D. Documentation, Tracking & Reporting
- Maintain and submit accurate records: attendance sheets, consent forms, beneficiary details, and other required documentation.
- Support DigiLocker registration and scheme enrollment facilitation (as per project process).
- Collect participant feedback, testimonials, and case stories as required.
- Support pre - and post -session assessment activities (where applicable).
- Share daily/weekly progress updates with the Location Leader/Project Manager and central monitoring team.
E. Target & Quality Compliance
- Ensure mobilization activities meet planned outreach and impact targets (participant numbers, batch completion, inclusion mix).
- Ensure data accuracy and timely reporting to support project monitoring and evaluation.
- Follow safeguarding guidelines and community engagement protocols.
Qualifications & Experience
- Bachelor’s degree in Social Work, Commerce, Education, Management, or a related field (preferred).
- 2–5 years of experience in community mobilization, outreach, field implementation, or community -based programs.
- Experience working with worker groups / informal sector communities / urban settlements / senior citizens will be an advantage.
- Robust communication and persuasion skills; ability to engage diverse adult populations.
- Familiarity with mobilization strategies, field operations, and beneficiary outreach techniques.
- Comfortable with documentation, forms, and basic reporting.
- Fluency in the local language; basic proficiency in English.
- Basic working knowledge of MS Office / Google tools and mobile -based applications.
