Role: Executive Assistant to the Country Director, Delhi
Experience: 5-8 years
Salary: Up to 10-12 LPA

Key Responsibilities

1. Strategic Support

- Assist the Country Director in strategic planning and tracking key organizational priorities.

- Manage the Directors calendar, travel, meetings, and stakeholder engagements.

- Prepare briefing notes, presentations, and reports for meetings with government officials, board members, and funders.

- Ensure the Director is prepared for all engagements with necessary documents and contextual insights.

- Coordinate with the leadership team to align progress and follow-up actions across different verticals.

2. Communication & Liaison

- Act as a bridge between the Country Director and internal teams to ensure an effective flow of information.

- Support cross-team coordination for leadership reviews and organization-wide priorities.

- Manage correspondence from the Directors office, maintaining high standards of accuracy and confidentiality.

- Liaise with external stakeholders, including donors and vendors, as required.

3. Operations & Project Support

- Support the planning and execution of organizational events such as retreats and board meetings.





- Maintain updated records and trackers for key decisions and strategic initiatives.

- Assist in preparing board materials and donor decks.

- Manage the cadence of leadership meetings, including agenda setting and note-taking.

- Collaborate with the People & Culture team to ensure timely engagement from the Directors office.

Skills Required:

- Experience: 5–8 years of relevant skilled experience, ideally supporting senior leadership in a development organization, consulting firm, or mission-driven institution.

- Technical Skills: Proficiency in Google Workspace, MS Office Suite, and digital collaboration tools like Asana.

- Core Competencies: * Strong organizational and communication skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities.

- Exceptional interpersonal and problem-solving skills.

- High emotional intelligence, professionalism, and discretion.

- Proactive and detail-oriented approach with the ability to thrive in a dynamic environment.
