Purpose of the Role:
The Execution Director is the discipline authority of SBA, responsible for
ensuring no task or drawing is released without readiness, coordination, and
clarity. This role acts as the final gatekeeper before any internal, client -facing, or
site -facing release.
Requirements
Task Release Governance
Before releasing any task, the Execution Director must review the Full Kitting
Form, Requirements Form, and MOMs within Zoho Projects. No release should
occur without reviewing these references.
Pre -Execution Readiness
Ensure mandatory execution enablers are aligned: site readiness checklist, PMC
onboarding, landscape and MEP alignment, soil report validation, automation
consultant onboarding, and HVAC readiness.
Interior Wing Discipline
Ensure furniture layout approvals precede greyscale blocking. Validate ceiling
coordination against structure and MEP overlays. Confirm electrical and plumbing
integration in all interior drawings.
Architectural Discipline
Validate FAR, setbacks, and covered areas before progression. Ensure services
awareness across facade, terrace, and external architectural sheets.
Cross Wing Coordination
Prevent siloed execution across architecture, interiors, structure, MEP, and
landscape. All releases must reflect layered coordination.
Zoho Governance
Treat Zoho Projects as the single source of truth. Ensure MOM completeness,
dependency clarity, and traceable releases.
Release Validation Protocol
Validate requirements clarity, coordination depth, service integration, sequencing
correctness, and regulatory checks before any release.
Error Prevention
Track recurring errors, identify root causes, and implement structural corrections
to eliminate repeat failures.
Discipline Expectation
The Execution Director must embody calm authority, precision thinking, and zero
tolerance for premature releases.
