EPM Cloud Support and Hyperion Administrator1

- 8+ years of experience as Hyperion Administrator in On-prem as well as EPM Cloud setting

- Must have Skills-

- Hyperion Admin tasks for on-prem components like ESSBASE, Planning, FDMEE, HFM, DRM.

- - Proactive maintenance of all the applications across production & non-production environments to ensure availability and resilience

- Start & Stop of applications across all environments

- Applying patches across all environments

- Updating certificates (e.g. SSL, LDAP etc) across applications and across environment

- Basic knowledge of Unix/Linux commands

- Hands on L2 and L3 Support experience on Oracle EPM cloud applications PBCS/EPBCS, FCCS, ARCS

- - Work on tickets / queries raised by users

- Resolve / data fix – transactions.

- Bug-fix in the existing code base as prioritized by Hyatt.

- Hands on experience in scripting - PowerShell and Python

- Knowledge of other components like HFR, Calculation Manager, ODI will be an added advantage

- Ready to work in rotational shifts: 17:30 to 02:30 IST and 20:30 - 05:30 IST

- Excellent communication skills

- Good team player
