We're hiring an Enterprise Business Development Manager for one of our clients. As the Enterprise Business Development Manager, your responsibilities would be:
- Leading high -value enterprise sales efforts to drive industry -leading growth and success.
- To bring an entrepreneurial mindset, strong analytical skills, and hands -on leadership to drive business expansion.
- To manage and execute the end -to -end sales cycle for large -ticket deals to deliver outstanding results.
- Play a key strategic role in a quick -paced business, shaping and scaling enterprise solutions and services.
Requirements
- Experience in enterprise/B2B sales with a strong track record of closing large -ticket deals of ₹25 lakhs and above.
- Full ownership of the sales process, including prospecting, account mapping, discovery, PoC, and final negotiations.
- Domain expertise in Employee Transportation, technology -led services, facility management, or software solutions.
- Proven ability to engage and influence CXOs, senior decision -makers, and various enterprise stakeholders.
- Strong solution -selling mindset with high business acumen, integrity, and diligence in field -driven environments.
- Excellent communication skills with a track record of maintaining high standards in a dynamic sales landscape.
