Must Have Skills :
1. Strong knowledge of Evaluation & Management (E/M) coding
2. Hands -on experience with CPT, ICD -10 -CM, and HCPCS guidelines
3. Ability to accurately assign E/M codes (Office, IP/OP, ED, Hospital)
4. Good understanding of US healthcare revenue cycle
5. Robust attention to detail and analytical skillsGood Have Skills :
1. Familiarity with CMS and payer -specific E/M guidelines
2. Knowledge of HIPAA compliance and regulatory standards
3. Ability to identify documentation gaps and query providers
4. Good communication and teamwork skillsRoles and Responsibilities :
1. Assign accurate E/M (Evaluation & Management) CPT codes based on provider documentation

Review medical records for completeness, accuracy, and compliance
3. Apply ICD -10 -CM, CPT, and E/M coding guidelines appropriately
4. Maintain high accuracy and productivity benchmarks
5. Identify documentation deficiencies and communicate with internal teams
6. Stay updated with current E/M coding guidelines and CMS updates
7. Ensure adherence to HIPAA and organizational compliance policiesLocation :
