We are seeking a motivated and technically inclined Trainee Engineer to join our HES (Head-End System) Platform team. This role is ideal for fresh graduates or early-career professionals eager to build a career in smart metering, IoT, and utility data management. You will be trained to support the development, configuration, monitoring, and maintenance of our HES platform, which is a critical component in collecting and managing data from field devices like smart meters.

Key Responsibilities:

- Assist in the deployment, configuration, and testing of the HES platform.

- Monitor data collection processes and system performance using diagnostic tools.

- Support in analyzing communication logs between smart meters and HES.





- Work closely with the technical team to identify and resolve system issues.

- Learn and apply protocols such as DLMS/COSEM, GPRS, RF, NB-IoT, or other utility communication standards.

- Participate in integration testing with MDM (Meter Data Management) systems and field devices.

- Document technical procedures, troubleshooting guides, and system logs.

- Assist in user acceptance testing (UAT), QA activities, and field validation tasks.

- Ensure data integrity and system uptime by performing routine maintenance checks.
