Responsibilities:

- Monitor the Semtech Global NOC – 40%

- Perform first-tier troubleshooting using tools and utilities to resolve system/network performance and related system/network issues. – 30%

- Diagnose end to end Managed Connectivity related issues. 10%

- Proactively work to refine documentation of systems/network, troubleshooting guides, policies, and procedures. – 10%

- Automate processes to reduce eyes on the glass as much as possible – 10%

Minimum Qualifications:

- B. Tech in Electrical, Electronics, Telecom or related fields.

- Schedule flexibility with ability to work non-standard business hours.

- Background in telecom and networking products (MSC, HLR, VLR, PGW, Radius, DEA/STP, VPNs, Routers, Switches etc)

- Strong understanding of 2G, 3G, 4G, and 5G, nodes.





- Strong troubleshooting skills.

- A keen analytical and structured approach to problem solving.

- A dedication to customer satisfaction.

- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

- Experience: 2-4 yrs

- Willingness to learn in a rapid-paced environment.

- Proven ability to work independently.

Desired Qualifications

- Excellent documentation skills.

- Familiarity with various monitoring tools such as Kibana, Nagios, Graphite etc. will be an added advantage

- Knowledge on AI and ML usage in data analytics will be an added advantage
