Key Responsibilities

- Order Processing & Dispatch: Manage purchase orders from quick commerce and e-commerce platforms, coordinating closely with warehouses to ensure smooth order fulfillment.
- Warehouse Coordination: Liaise with warehouse teams for goods receipt scheduling, stock availability, and timely dispatch, resolving discrepancies when necessary.
- Delivery Management: Partner with logistics teams to oversee timely deliveries across India, troubleshoot issues, and ensure adherence to agreed timelines.
- Stock Planning & Forecasting: Collaborate with procurement and sales teams to forecast demand, optimize inventory levels, and maintain efficient stock turnover.
- Performance Reporting: Track key metrics like fill rates and delivery timelines,



providing actionable insights to improve operational performance.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work with sales, finance, and customer service teams to address bottlenecks and enhance the customer experience.

What Youll Need

- Education: Bachelors degree in Business, Supply Chain Management, Logistics, or a related field.
- Experience: 2-3 years in operations, logistics, or supply chain, ideally in the e-commerce or quick commerce industry.
- Skills:
- Proficiency in MS Excel and data interpretation.
- Solid communication and stakeholder management abilities.
- Analytical mindset with excellent organizational skills to handle multiple priorities.
