- To contact donors (via calls, emails,
in-person meetings, etc.) and explain WWF India's work in a clear and
interesting way.

- Work towards retaining the existing donors contributing between INR 20,000 to INR 100,000

- To
proactively identify, cultivate and secure high value, long term relationships
with new potential individual supporters within our key
funding areas.

- To
manage and build excellent relationships with donors to ensure all
opportunities are maximised.

- To convert, retain, and upgrade the
existing donor database to maximize the retention ratio.

- Develop relationship with the donors and upgrade/reactivate them up
the donor pyramid.

- Assist the Key Donor team in planning donor
activities and collaborating with internal teams on creative communication for
key donors.

Requirements

- Graduate/ Post Graduate/ MBA from any recognized University.





- Excellent English communication and negotiation skills with
demonstrated ability to talk and listen to people and build rapport with
them.

- Ability to work under tight deadlines.

- Highly performance-oriented and able to work in a team.

- Energy-driven individual who can inspire people and promote
WWF-India's work.

- Should have experience in Donor Retention / Fundraising for at least 1 - 2 years.

- Can join immediately or within 15 days.​
