Job Duties: We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Digital Consultant to join our Innovation Group. Engage with clients to understand their requirements and provide architectural and design solutions. Develop and implement accelerators to facilitate faster cloud migration. Create innovative use cases or solutions to solve day to day data engineering problems using AI and GenAI tools. Develop reference architectures for various use cases using modern cloud data platforms. Understanding of Legacy toolsets, be it ETL, reporting etc is needed. Create migration suites for cataloging, migrating, and verifying data from legacy systems to modern platforms like Databricks and Snowflake. in Electronics & Telecommunication or related field. Experience: 18+ years in IT, with significant experience in Big Data, Cloud, and AI/ML projects. Technical Skills:



Proficiency in Databricks, Snowflake, AWS, GenAI (RAG and GANs), Python, C/C++/C#, Hadoop, ETL, UNIX, SQL/Oracle, Ab-Initio. Manufacturing Key Highlights: Proven track record of developing GenAI-based applications and accelerators. Experience in creating migration suites for data transfer to Snowflake/Databricks. Designed and developed a Data Delivery Engine, significantly improving execution time. Strong analytical abilities, communication skills, and experience in delivering business value through diverse technology stacks. Solid analytical and problem-solving abilities. Ability to manage budgets, partners, staffing, and people development.
