We are seeking an experienced DevOps Lead to drive infrastructure automation, cloud strategy, and continuous delivery excellence. This role requires a strong technical leader who can architect scalable cloud environments, build resilient CI/CD pipelines, and foster a high-performing DevOps culture across engineering teams.

You will play a critical role in ensuring system reliability, performance, and operational efficiency across on-premise and cloud-based deployments.

Key Responsibilities

- Design, build, and maintain robust CI/CD pipelines to streamline code integration, testing, and deployment across multiple environments
- Architect, manage, and optimize cloud infrastructure (AWS, Azure, GCP) using Infrastructure as Code (IaC) principles
- Automate software deployments, configuration management, and recurring operational tasks
- Implement scalable containerized environments using Docker and Kubernetes
- Establish and maintain monitoring, logging, and observability frameworks to ensure high availability and system performance
- Lead incident response efforts, conduct root cause analysis, and drive preventive improvements




- Identify system bottlenecks and implement solutions to enhance scalability, reliability, and cost efficiency
- Participate in architecture and infrastructure planning for both cloud and on-prem deployments
- Mentor junior engineers and promote DevOps best practices across teams
- Drive adoption of automation, GitOps workflows, and continuous improvement initiatives

Required Qualifications

- Strong expertise in CI/CD tools and automation frameworks
- Deep understanding of cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP)
- Hands-on experience with containerization and orchestration (Docker, Kubernetes)
- Proficiency in Infrastructure as Code tools such as Terraform
- Experience with GitOps practices and tools like ArgoCD
- Strong scripting skills in Python and Bash
- Experience with monitoring and observability tools such as Prometheus and Grafana
- Excellent troubleshooting and problem-solving skills in complex distributed environments
- Strong communication and collaboration skills to work effectively across development and operations teams
- Proven ability to lead initiatives, mentor engineers, and drive DevOps transformation
