Requirements
Roles & Responsibilities
- Serve as a Subject Matter Expert (SME) for DevOps tools, practices, and delivery.
- Lead, collaborate with, and manage the team to ensure high-quality execution and outcomes.
- Take ownership of technical and delivery decisions for the team.
- Engage with cross-functional teams and contribute to key architectural and operational decisions.
- Provide effective solutions to complex issues impacting the team and multiple dependent teams.
- Mentor and coach junior team members to strengthen technical capabilities and career growth.
- Continuously assess, refine, and improve development and deployment processes to drive efficiency and reliability.
Professional & Technical Skills
- Proven experience in a DevOps role with strong expertise in Airflow, Python, and related technologies.
- Hands-on experience designing and maintaining CI/CD pipelines using tools such as Jenkins, Azure DevOps (ADO), and GitLab.
- Solid understanding of cloud computing concepts with hands-on experience in AWS, Azure,
or Google Cloud Platform (GCP).
- Experience managing Control-M jobs or other batch integration and scheduling frameworks.
- Working knowledge of relational databases such as PostgreSQL and Oracle.
- Strong understanding of release management processes, including coordination across multiple Scrum teams and ceremonies.
- Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills, with the ability to operate effectively in fast-paced environments.
Additional Information
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in DevOps or a related role.
- This position is based in our Bengaluru office.
