We are seeking an experienced professional to join our team in a pivotal role that combines both frontend and backend development. This position will be crucial in enhancing our existing applications while also contributing to the development of recent features that meet our clients' business needs.
Key Responsibilities
- Design and implement robust, scalable web applications using Delphi and associated technologies.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define, design, and ship new features.
- Maintain and improve existing applications to ensure high performance and responsiveness.
- Participate in code reviews, providing constructive feedback to peers.
- Debug and resolve technical issues as they arise.
Requirements
- Proven experience in full stack development, particularly with Delphi.
- Strong knowledge of web technologies such as HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and SQL.
- Experience with RESTful APIs and microservices architecture.
- Familiarity with version control systems, preferably Git.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment and communicate effectively.
Nice to have
- Experience with cloud services and deployment strategies.
- Knowledge of Agile methodologies.
- Familiarity with modern frontend frameworks.
- Understanding of UX/UI principles.
