Senior
Delivery Manager will lead offshore delivery for UiPath/RPA engagements across
healthcare clients (Payer, Provider, Health Plans). The role demands strong
client -facing capabilities, end -to -end RPA program ownership, and the ability
to manage multi -cluster delivery teams in a high -growth setting.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

• Own end -to -end offshore
delivery for UiPath engagements across assigned clusters (T&M; and Fixed
Bid).

• Serve as the primary
offshore point of contact for client stakeholders – build trust and manage
escalations.

• Drive Day -0 readiness,
team onboarding, SOW compliance, milestone tracking, and delivery governance.

• Manage cross -functional
offshore teams including developers, architects, and QA across multiple
clients.

• Partner with onshore PMs
and Solutions team for estimation reviews, contract inputs, and change
management.

• Contribute to pre -sales




efforts – participate in RFP responses, solutioning calls, and staffing plans.

• Ensure delivery quality,
SLA adherence, and proactive risk mitigation for all assigned accounts.

• Facilitate bot
performance reviews, production health checks, and stabilization planning.

REQUIRED SKILLS &
EXPERIENCE

• 6+ years of hands -on
UiPath delivery experience (StudioX, Orchestrator, Test Suite, Insights).

• Strong program/project
management experience in offshore delivery model with 15+ FTE teams.

• Proven client -facing
skills – stakeholder management, client presentations, and escalation handling.

• Healthcare domain
knowledge: Payer/Provider workflows, EPIC, Trizetto/FACETS, or equivalent EHR
platforms.

• Experience managing
Fixed Price and T&M; engagements simultaneously across clusters.

• Familiarity with RPA bot
lifecycle: design, build, test, deploy, and support phases.

• Exposure to AI -augmented
automation and automation COE operations is a plus.

• Strong communication,
team leadership, and cross -timezone collaboration skills.

GOOD TO HAVE

• UiPath Advanced
Developer or Solution Architect certification.

• Experience with NASCO,
CIGNA, Ascension, or similar healthcare clients.

• Knowledge of Agile/Scrum
delivery frameworks for RPA programs.
