Database Developer

- Proven work experience as a Database developer
- In-depth understanding of data management (e.g. permissions, recovery, security and monitoring)
- Knowledge of software development and user interface web applications
- Hands on experience with SQL
- Excellent analytical and organization skills
- An ability to understand front-end users requirements and a problem-solving attitude
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- BSc degree in Computer Science or relevant field
- Knowledge of enterprise-level security concepts and methodologies, including SSO, SSL, APIGEE, encryption, authentication, and entitlements
- 6+ years of experience in designing, developing, and maintaining web-based applications, architectures and frameworks (React and Java)
- 3+ years of experience in development with React, Node and JS and micro front-end technologies
- 3+ years of experience with Java, REST API/Microservices, Spring framework, Spring Boot (2. x), JSON, MQ, Hibernate, SQL, Mongo
- Knowledge of enterprise-level security concepts and methodologies, including SSO, SSL, APIGEE, encryption, authentication, and entitlements

Nice to have:





- Experience acting as a development lead and technical specialist in a development team.
- Working knowledge of Digital Banking would be an asset.
- Experience working on cloud-native solutions and DevOps technology experience.
- Process knowledge, including different testing tools, design techniques and tools, risk assessment and quantification methodologies
