The Executive Manager – Solution Architect plays a strategic leadership role in driving end-to-end software product development within a fast-paced, agile, and globally distributed setting. This position combines deep technical architecture expertise with strong people leadership, ownership of delivery excellence, and close collaboration with product and business stakeholders. You will lead cross-functional teams through the entire product lifecycle—shaping architecture, guiding technical design, enabling DevOps practices, and ensuring scalable, secure, and high-quality solutions that align with business objectives.

Key Responsibilities

- Lead the complete software development lifecycle, from requirements and architecture through development, testing, deployment, and operational readiness
- Drive Agile and Scrum best practices across large, cross-functional teams, including sprint planning, backlog grooming, release management, retrospectives, and continuous improvement
- Partner closely with product owners and stakeholders to align technical solutions with business goals and delivery timelines
- Provide architectural leadership with a strong focus on microservices-based design, cloud-native solutions, and scalable system architectures
- Oversee technical design and implementation using modern frameworks, RESTful APIs, and asynchronous programming models
- Lead DevOps initiatives, including CI/CD pipelines,



cloud infrastructure management, and deployment automation
- Ensure high standards of quality, security, performance, and compliance across all delivered solutions
- Mentor, guide, and inspire engineering teams, fostering a culture of accountability, innovation, and technical excellence
- Manage risks, dependencies, and escalations while ensuring SLA adherence and delivery predictability
- Communicate effectively with senior stakeholders, influencing roadmaps, architectural decisions, and delivery strategies

What Makes You a Great Fit

- 13–15 years of hands-on experience in software architecture, application development, and technical leadership roles
- Proven expertise in designing and implementing microservices-based architectures and enterprise-scale systems
- Strong experience with cloud platforms, containerization, DevOps practices, and modern application frameworks
- Deep understanding of Agile, Scrum, and large-scale delivery methodologies, with the ability to lead distributed teams
- Excellent leadership, mentoring, and team management skills, with experience managing large and diverse engineering teams
- Strong problem-solving, analytical, and critical-thinking abilities to simplify complex technical challenges
- Ability to balance strategic thinking with hands-on technical guidance
- Exceptional communication skills with executive presence and the ability to influence stakeholders at all levels
- Passion for building high-quality software products and driving continuous improvement
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or a related technical field
