Data Management
- Support
compilation, cleaning, validation, and analysis of project data received
from district teams.
- Maintain
project databases and ensure data accuracy, completeness, and consistency.
- Conduct
routine data quality checks and follow up with district teams to resolve
discrepancies.
- Assist
in maintaining beneficiary tracking systems for missed and zero-dose
children.
- Ensure
secure storage and confidentiality of project data.
Monitoring & Reporting
- Support
preparation of weekly, monthly, and quarterly monitoring reports.
- Update
project dashboards and key performance indicators (KPIs).
- Track
progress against project targets related to identification and
immunization of missed children.
- Generate
routine summaries and data visualizations for internal review and donor
reporting.
- Assist
in documentation of field achievements, challenges, and lessons learned.
MEL Support
- Assist
in implementation of MEL plans and indicator tracking.
- Support
data collection for surveys, assessments, supervision visits, and
evaluations.
- Maintain
indicator databases and reporting templates.
- Assist
in analysis of trends related to immunization coverage and service
utilization.
Coordination
- Liaise
with district coordinators to ensure timely submission of reports.
- Coordinate
with government counterparts to reconcile project data with Routine
Immunization records where required.
- Support
review meetings by preparing data summaries and presentations.
- Respond
to routine data requests from project leadership.
Capacity Building
- Orient
district teams on reporting formats and data quality standards.
- Provide
remote support to field staff on use of digital data collection tools and
reporting templates.
- Participate
in periodic data quality assessments and supportive supervision visits.
Requirements
- Bachelor's
degree in Statistics, Mathematics, Public Health, Computer Applications,
Economics, Social Sciences, or a related discipline.
- 1–3
years of experience in data management, monitoring, or reporting,
preferably in public health or development projects.
- Experience
working with government health programs is desirable.
- Experience
supporting immunization, RMNCH, or community health projects will be an
advantage.
Technical Skills
- Proficiency
in Microsoft Excel (Pivot Tables, VLOOKUP/XLOOKUP, Power Query, charts).
- Experience
with Microsoft Power BI or Tableau is desirable.
- Familiarity
with digital data collection platforms such as KoboToolbox, ODK,
SurveyCTO, or CommCare.
- Basic
knowledge of SQL or statistical software (SPSS, Stata, or R) is desirable.
- Robust
understanding of data quality assurance processes.
- Ability
to prepare dashboards and routine analytical reports.
