- Provide immediate and advanced medical care to patients in critical condition, including those in intensive care units (ICUs) and emergency critical care settings.
- Monitor and interpret real -time patient data from advanced life support systems, including ventilators, hemodynamic monitors, and infusion pumps.
- Perform and manage invasive procedures such as intubation, central line placement, arterial line insertion, and chest tube management.
- Develop, implement, and adjust individualized treatment plans based on evolving patient status and clinical guidelines.
- Lead and coordinate care delivery with a multidisciplinary team, including nurses, respiratory therapists, pharmacists, and consultants.
- Ensure strict adherence to infection control protocols, patient safety standards, and hospital policies in high -risk environments.
- Document patient care activities accurately and comprehensively in electronic health records (EHR) systems.
- Participate in clinical audits, quality improvement initiatives, and ongoing staff training to maintain excellence in critical care delivery.

### *Requirements*
- MBBS degree with a specialization in Critical Care Medicine (D.M. or M.Ch. in Critical Care) or equivalent recognized qualification.
- Minimum of 2 years of hands -on clinical experience in a high -acuity critical care setting (ICU, CCU, or ER).
- Proficiency in managing life -threatening conditions such as sepsis, acute respiratory failure, multi -organ failure, and cardiac arrest.
- Expertise in advanced cardiac life support (ACLS), advanced trauma life support (ATLS), and pediatric advanced life support (PALS) certifications.
- Strong command of mechanical ventilation, hemodynamic monitoring, and invasive hemodynamic support techniques.
- Excellent decision -making, communication, and leadership skills in high -pressure, time -sensitive scenarios.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team -oriented workplace while demonstrating clinical autonomy.
- Proficient in electronic medical record systems and digital health tools used in critical care units.
- Valid medical license and registration with the Medical Council of India (or equivalent).
- Willingness to work rotating shifts, including nights, weekends, and on -call duties as required.
