We are looking for a highly skilled and detail-oriented Costing and Budgeting Manager to lead our financial planning and cost management initiatives across multiple manufacturing units. The ideal candidate will possess a strong background in finance or accounting, with hands-on experience in costing, budgeting, and SAP systems. This role requires close collaboration with plant leadership and cross-functional teams to ensure cost efficiency and financial accuracy.
Key Responsibilities:
- Costing & Reporting: Lead a team responsible for preparing monthly cost reports, MIS dashboards, and productivity analysis across all plants.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with plant heads and the COO to identify cost optimization opportunities and drive profitability improvements.
- New Product Costing: Collaborate with R&D;, design, and plant teams to prepare accurate costing for new products.
- Budget Management:
Manage capital expenditure (Capex) budgets, monitor budget variances, and implement controls to ensure alignment with financial targets.
- Systems & Process Optimization: Supervise updates in SAP (HANA), suggest and implement improvements in cost tracking and financial reporting processes.
- Audit & Compliance: Lead internal and external audits related to production costing, ensuring prompt resolution of queries and maintaining compliance standards.
Key Requirements:
- Education: Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Finance or Accounting; qualified certifications such as CMA are a plus.

- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel and financial modeling
