Job Description:

We are seeking a detail-oriented Cost Accountant with proven experience in QuickBooks Online (QBO) ERP. The role will focus on managing core accounting functions, preparing accurate financial and cost reports, and providing insights to improve financial efficiency and cost control.

Key Responsibilities:

- Manage Accounts Payable (AP), Accounts Receivable (AR), General Ledger (GL), and Bank Reconciliations within QBO ERP.

- Prepare and review financial statements, cost reports, budgets, and forecasts.

- Track, monitor, and analyze cost allocations, inventory valuation, and variance analysis to support business decisions.

- Assist in the development of cost standards, profitability analysis, and performance reporting.

- Ensure accuracy, compliance, and timeliness of all accounting entries and reports.





- Support month-end and year-end closing activities, audits, and tax compliance.

- Collaborate with operations and management teams to provide cost insights and recommend process improvements.

Requirements:

- Proven work experience as a Cost Accountant with hands-on expertise in QBO ERP.

- Strong understanding of AP, AR, GL, reconciliations, and financial reporting processes.

- Solid knowledge of cost accounting principles, budgeting, forecasting, and variance analysis.

- Advanced Excel and analytical skills to prepare detailed financial models and cost reports.

- Excellent attention to detail, organizational, and problem-solving skills.

- Ability to work independently as well as in cross-functional teams.

- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field; skilled certification (CMA/CA/CPA) is a plus.
