As a Senior Copywriter, you will be the creative force behind compelling and impactful content that
drives engagement and resonates with target audiences. Leading a team of talented writers and
collaborating with cross -functional teams, you will craft persuasive copy for a variety of mediums,
including digital campaigns, social media, websites, and print materials. Your responsibilities will
include developing and maintaining a consistent brand voice, overseeing content quality, and
generating innovative ideas that align with strategic marketing goals. You will play a key role in
shaping the storytelling of SRV Media, ensuring our messages captivate and inspire our audience,
ultimately contributing to the growth and success of our content marketing initiatives.
Key Responsibilities :
â Creative Delivery : Maintain high standards in delivering creative assets, ensuring client
satisfaction and addressing any issues swiftly.
â Creative Innovation and Experimentation : Promote creative innovation and explore new
ideas and formats to elevate campaign effectiveness.
â Training and Mentorship : Provide guidance and training to junior copywriters to improve
their writing abilities, foster creative thinking, and deepen their understanding of current
marketing trends.
â File Management : Ensure meticulous management of files to guarantee seamless access
and retrieval of content assets
â Creative Strategy Development : Play a role in refining and enhancing content strategies,
ensuring they align with strategic objectives and consumer insights.
â Client Presentations : Support in delivering compelling client presentations and integrate
feedback to enhance strategies,
aiming for exceptional client satisfaction.
â Collaboration with Cross -Functional Teams : Collaborate on cohesive campaign strategies

Requirements

Experience :
â 3+ years in copywriting and content creation, including at least 2 years in a senior role, with a
robust portfolio showcasing diverse writing styles and successful campaigns. Proven
expertise in leading content projects, mentoring writers, and collaborating effectively with
cross -functional teams to achieve strategic marketing objectives.
Skills:
â Demonstrated leadership skills, adept at guiding and mentoring writers to achieve team
goals.
â Exceptional ability to build and maintain client relationships, ensuring high satisfaction and
