Job Summary:

Seekho is building an English learning experience that blends pedagogy with engaging, short-form content. We want to build best-in-class content for an English learning app. This role sits at the intersection of content strategy, curriculum design, and product thinking.

Your Role:

- Own the English content roadmap across curriculum, practice, and new learning formats
- Design practice curricula across learner personas and use-case combinations
- Partner with product, design, and growth to improve activation, retention, and learner outcomes
- Own clear KR-linked metrics across quality, completion, practice adoption, and repeat learning

Must Have:

- 3–5 years leading content for consumer edutainment, language learning, or learning apps
- Strong experience in content strategy, curriculum design, and pedagogy-led product thinking




- Ability to balance entertainment, clarity, and measurable learning outcomes
- Hands-on experience writing, reviewing, and improving short-form learning content at scale
- High ownership, hunger, and judgment in fast-moving, zero-to-one environments

Good To Have:

- Experience launching live classes, cohort programs, or mentor-led learning formats
- Experience working with English learning, spoken English, or communication products
- Comfort with experiments, analytics, and content performance dashboards
- Experience managing freelancers, educators, or creator networks
