Clinical Responsibilities


- Conduct psychological assessments and evaluations of clients using interviews, observations, and standardized tests.

- Diagnose mental health conditions and behavioral disorders.

- Provide individual, group, or family counseling and psychotherapy.

- Develop treatment and intervention plans tailored to client needs.

- Monitor and evaluate client progress and adjust treatment accordingly.

- Maintain accurate case records and documentation.

Consultation & Collaboration

- Work with psychiatrists, doctors, social workers, and other healthcare professionals.

- Provide psychological consultation and guidance to staff and families.

- Participate in case discussions and multidisciplinary team meetings.

Education & Support

- Conduct mental health awareness programs and workshops.

- Provide guidance on stress management, coping skills, and emotional well -being.

- Support clients in behavioral modification and personal development.
