- Understand current services, CMDB attributes, SACM process, License reconciliation process, discovery
- Design the CMDB data model in Marval
- Design the service mapping (CI-CI and Service-CI mapping)
- Work with Suppliers to get the CI data and ensure the updation of CMDB data
- Work with Suppliers to design the SW license management process and reconciliation report
Skills
- Resource with overall experience of 10+ years working in and delivering a multi-domain service ecosystem (including multi-supplier)
- Experience in conducting the CMDB assessment
- Experience in design of CMDB and service modeling
- Experience in handling the SW License Management including license reconciliation
- Hands-on experience on ITSM tool, Discovery tools, SW Asset Management Tools
- ITIL 4 Foundation certified
