Responsibilities:
- Draft and format letters, reports, and documents.
- Maintain accurate physical and digital files.
- Scan and upload documents.
- Assist with online/offline applications.
- Type accurately in English and Hindi.
- Utilize MS Office (Word, Excel) for document creation/editing.
- Troubleshoot basic computer issues and escalate as needed.
- Ensure information confidentiality and security.
Qualifications:
- DCA/PGDCA/COPA or equivalent qualification.
- 0-1 years of experience in a similar role.
- Proficient in English and Hindi typing.
- Familiarity with MS Office (Word, Excel).
- Basic knowledge of computer hardware and software.
- Excellent organizational and time-management skills.
- Attention to detail and accuracy.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
