Job Description
Total Experience Expected: 04-06 years
Work Location: Chennai
Mode of work: Hybrid (3 days to office every week)
Shift Timing: UK Shit & UK Holidays
Must Have: Cobol, JCL and VSAM
Good To Have: IMS, DB2, Object star, Rexx
1. Responsible for coding, unit testing, application development/support, bug fixing and deliver assigned tasks as per predefined timelines and quality standards.
2. Work on the resolution of assigned incidents and recovery of application ASAP.

Analyzes incidents to identify service restoration actions to be taken
4. Incident investigation and diagnosis of all priority type.
5. Assists with classification and prioritization of incidents.
6. Detection of possible Problems and the creating problem records.
7. Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
8. Investigates assigned problems through to resolution or error identification
9. Work on change requests from business.
10. Handle ad-hoc requests for Service status or one-time information retrieval/reports
11. Gather service data as needed for reporting and communications
12. Analyzing the process and suggesting improvements
13. Keeping affected business partners informed about progress
14. Participate in implementation activities and provide post implementation support.
15. Contribute towards updating knowledge assets
16. Document all the learning’s from the project
17. Adhere to the Agile Ways of Working
18. Should be willing to work in Development/support in UK/India shift.
