Summary:
We are seeking a skilled CNC Turning Operator / Setter to play a critical role in our manufacturing operations. This position is responsible for the precise setup, operation, and maintenance of CNC turning machines to produce high -quality components according to engineering specifications.
Responsibilities:
- Set up and operate CNC turning machines in accordance with technical drawings and work plans
- Perform tool setting, tool changes, and adjustment of machine parameters for optimal performance
- Accurately align and secure workpieces using appropriate clamping methods
- Monitor machining processes in real time and make timely corrections to address deviations
- Develop, modify, and implement CNC programs, including creating new programs for custom parts
- Conduct thorough inspections of machined components to verify dimensional accuracy and surface finish
- Identify, document, and resolve machining or quality -related issues promptly
- Carry out routine maintenance, cleaning, and preventive care of machinery to ensure reliability
