Job Title : Client Service Executive

Reports To : The Client Service Executive will report to The
Client Service Manager.

Responsibilities :

· Take
Ownership & Responsibility of the assigned Client Accounts End to End.

· Ensure
100% Compliance of the Clients by co-ordinating work with Internal and External
Teams.

· Be
the Single Point of Contact of Aparajitha to Clients and provide Solutions on
time.





· Serve
as a bridge between the Internal Teams and Clients.

· Ensure
timely collection of revenues from Clients meeting the Credit period deadlines.

· Make
Monthly Presentations with Clients and communicate important updates to them.

· Submit
required reports to the immediate supervisor as required.

· Make
Regular Calls to Clients to resolve queries on time.

· Establish
a strong connection with the Clients.

Qualification : Any Graduate / Post Graduate / from any stream.

Experience : 0 to 3 years

Skills Required :

Leadership and
Administrative Skills

Excellent
Communication in English.

Positive Knowledge in
MS Excel Basics and Computer Operations.

Knowing Hindi
Language would be an added advantage.
