1. Hands -on experience in Motor/Auto Claims processing
2. Knowledge of end -to -end claims lifecycle (FNOL to settlement)
3. Familiarity with US insurance processes
4. Good communication skills (written & verbal)
5. Basic knowledge of MS Office (Excel, Word, Outlook)
6. Attention to detail and strong analytical skillsGood Have Skills :
1. Experience working in US Shift
2. Knowledge of insurance policy coverage and adjudication
3. Exposure to claims management systems
4. Ability to handle high -volume claims workplaceRoles and Responsibilities :
1. Handle motor/auto insurance claims as per defined processes
2.



Review and validate claim documents for accuracy and completeness
3. Coordinate with internal teams, adjusters, and external stakeholders
4. Ensure timely processing and resolution of claims
5. Adhere to SLAs, quality standards, and compliance guidelines
6. Maintain accurate documentation and claim records
7. Identify discrepancies and escalate issues when requiredLocation :
