We’re hiring a Chief Operating Officer (COO) for our client, which is an RBI -Registered NBFC focused on institutionalizing and scaling its lending operations. As the Chief Operating Officer (COO), your responsibilities would be:

- Owning the complete operational lifecycle, including loan processing, documentation, disbursement, and collections.

- Designing and enforcing SOPs for secured and unsecured lending to ensure TAT discipline and eliminate inefficiencies.

- Acting as the primary owner for regulatory compliance, RBI norms, and coordination with auditors and regulators.

- Overseeing credit approval frameworks and monitoring portfolio health, including AUM growth and DPD buckets.

- Building and managing high -performing teams across operations, credit, and collections to drive a numbers -driven culture.
