At Goldair Handling, we deliver world-class ground handling services, driven by safety, security and operational excellence. We are currently seeking a highly experienced Chief Security Officer (CSO) to lead and oversee all security-related operations at Bangalore International Airport.

? Key Responsibilities

- Overall responsibility for the implementation and monitoring of the Security Management System (SecMS)
- Ensure full compliance with national and international aviation security regulations and standards (BCAS, DGCA, ICAO, IATA, Customs Authorities)
- Oversee all security operations and services across the station
- Act as the main liaison with regulatory bodies and authorities (BCAS, Customs, CISF, local police, airport authorities)
- Support and coordinate security audits, inspections, mock drills and emergency exercises
- Develop, maintain and secure approval of security programs and procedures
- Promote security awareness and manage Airport Entry Permit (AEP) processes




- Support operations and passengers during disrupted or delayed flight services
- Safeguard company assets through effective site security measures

? Qualifications & Experience

- Minimum Graduation degree
- Valid Basic AVSEC, Screeners & Auditors Course Certification
- 10+ years of experience in aviation security
- Solid knowledge of aviation security regulations and compliance requirements
