What You’ll Do

- Finance & Cashflow Lead: Analyze financial performance, create forecasts, manage budgets, monitor cash flows, oversee vendor payments, and optimize margins.
- Supply Chain Optimizer: Drive SKU-level insights, manage inventory flows, maintain vendor relationships, align demand and supply, and enhance logistics efficiency.
- Customer Support Enabler: Support customer service operations as needed by improving processes, dashboards, metrics, resolution times, and service quality.
- Cross-Functional Problem Solver: Take ownership of ad-hoc projects, resolve operational bottlenecks, and ensure smooth execution across finance, supply chain, operations, and customer experience.

Who We’re Looking For

- Ex-Founder or Start-up Leader: Experience building from scratch, leading teams, navigating ambiguity, and creating tangible impact.




- Versatile Generalist with Grit: Comfortable handling diverse tasks—from P&L; management to supply chain modeling to customer service SOPs.
- Skills Arsenal: Solid communication, data analytics, and problem-solving across multiple domains.
- Ambitious & Proactive: Anticipates challenges and addresses them before they escalate.
- Obsessive Ownership: Takes initiative, bridges gaps independently, and ensures follow-through at a CFO-level standard.
