What You Will Lead

- Strategy & Scale: Define and execute a scalable roadmap for market leadership in the solar cell industry.
- Greenfield Execution: Oversee the complete setup and commissioning of a 3.08 GW TopCon solar cell facility.
- Operational Excellence: Drive world-class performance, achieving benchmarks in OEE, yield, energy efficiency, and cost-per-watt.
- Financial Leadership: Full P&L; ownership with focus on profitability, cost optimization, and capital allocation.
- Innovation & Technology: Lead NPI initiatives, technology upgrades, and partnerships with global OEMs and R&D; leaders.
- People & Culture: Build high-performing teams across Production, R&D;, SCM, Quality, Finance, HR, and EHS, fostering a culture of safety, performance, and innovation.
- Governance & Risk: Establish robust governance and risk management frameworks to ensure operational and financial integrity.

Key Responsibilities

- Deliver greenfield execution on time and within budget, ensuring efficient ramp-to-rate.
- Achieve industry-leading KPIs: OEE, yield, energy intensity, cost-per-watt, and sustainability goals.




- Lead fundraising and capital allocation while managing transparent investor communication.
- Expand domestic and global market presence through strategic partnerships and business development initiatives.
- Ensure compliance with all regulatory, environmental, and safety standards.
- Embed Lean, Six Sigma, and TPM methodologies for operational excellence.

Ideal Candidate Profile

Experience:

- 20+ years in high-tech, process-driven industries.
- 5+ years of recent, relevant experience in solar cell manufacturing, semiconductor, or advanced materials sectors.
- Proven track record of successfully managing and executing ₹1,000 Cr+ projects, including greenfield execution and scaling operations.

Education:

- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Engineering/Technology.
- MBA preferred.

Skills & Attributes:

- Strategic vision and proven execution capability.
- Expertise in Lean, Six Sigma, and TPM practices.
- Hands-on experience with MES, inline metrology, and advanced automation systems.
- Solid financial acumen and global stakeholder management.
- Deep understanding of advanced solar technologies, especially TopCon.
